Due to the latest Stormpay change in policy, we will be removing Stormpay as a payment option and pay-out option over the next 12-24 hours. Here is the latest update from the Stormpay main page:

"Important StormPay Policy Change:

Dear Valued StormPay customer,
Effective immediately StormPay Inc. will no longer accept payments for sales made outside of StormPay Auctions. If you are an online seller who wishes to sell your product or service through the StormPay system, your item must be sold using the StormPay Auctions feature.
Listing in the StormPay Auctions is FREE of charge unless utilizing our inexpensive upgraded listing options.
Q: Why has StormPay implemented this new policy?
A: StormPay has rendered certain policy changes to insure a safer online experience for both buyers and sellers.
This policy change allows StormPay to more closely monitor the products/services sold, insuring that sold items are within StormPay’s acceptable use policies.
Under these new policy guidelines, customers may no longer log into a StormPay account for the purpose of sending money to another online user, or “offsite” website sale.
All “spends” and “receives” are and only can be for the specific purchase of a user’s auction listing and successful purchase of.
Subscriptions (recurring billing) is no longer supported by the StormPay system. All current subscriptions have been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you upgraded using Stormpay, your premium membership will stay in tact until such time as your subscription expires.
At that time, if you wish to remain a Premium member, you will need to create a subscription using Paypal. We will also be removing E-Gold as a payment processor, and Paypal will remain our preferred merchant service.
We apologize for any inconvenience, however, it was beyond our control.
Secondly, Vinterchange has moved to a newer, faster, more reliable server. Any bounced email addresses, or email addresses that have autoresponders will immediately be purged from the database.
Therefore, if you notice a decline in our membership base it is because we will be slowly deleting these members. We appreciate your patience as we clean out the database.
We would also like to remind you that paid to promote (PTP) sites are no longer allowed at Vinterchange.
We are also looking more closely at sites submitted for approval that might be deemed 'high risk' or otherwise detrimental to the members and possibly our exchange.
We want to provide you with a higher quality exchange and a higher quality of sites to be viewed. Please allow us 24-48 hours to approve your sites and banners and each is checked manually.

UPCOMING FEATURES***

You will soon be able to choose whether or not you would like to view websites that contain sound. If you can't stand looking around for those "off" or "mute" buttons on sites that contain audio and video, you will LOVE this new feature!

Stormpay is now a pay per click site and an auction site.
No money can be passed from or to a member, unless they buy something at their auction. They are no longer a Payment Processor.
The WHOLE story, they welcomed 12DailyPro an HYIP and Obvious Ponzi into their establishment, cause they were lacking payout funds themselves, this would create a couple million in receive fees....unknowing they were being investigated by the FBI!
They found out and Blamed 12DailyPro! Now the attorney's are only allowing them to operate their StormClix and Auctions. These may be shut down too. SO WITHDRAW your Money ASAP!
