Here are the pictures of the Gym floor that we have for sale, the floor is in a building that was built in 1953. Approximately 91' by 66'. Main floor is finished with under the bleechers as unfinished. I would like to discuss how you normally work these kind of deals, brokerage fees, price per square foot in place, price per square foot removed.
